Black Spruce (Picea mariana) essential oil is a beautiful conifer that has many applications. It contains bornyl acetate (sedative, antispasmodic, analgesic), camphene (mucolytic), and alpha-pinene (anti-inflammatory). We get many compliments in our store when we diffuse black spruce with grapefruit in an ultrasonic diffuser.

USAGE
Diffuses beautifully in an ultrasonic diffuser. For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon of unscented lotion and gently massage in skin as desired.
