Return Policy

 

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We understand there may be instances where issues occur with your shipment. If you receive a leaking or damaged product or if an item is missing or incorrect in your order, please immediately contact us by either phone or email and we will replace the product on the next business day.

In the event you ordered incorrectly or are unhappy with a product, please contact us within 15 days from the date of purchase. We will review your request and determine an appropriate action within two business days. Within this 15 day window, unopened products may be returned with a receipt and a refund will be generated once we receive the unopened product. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and any shipping charges are non-refundable.

We take great pride in providing authentic and pure essential oils we carefully source from trusted distillers around the world, with sourcing information and batch-specific chemistry provided for your reference prior to purchasing. For that reason, we are unable to accept returns of opened essential oils. Defective diffusers may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase with a valid sales receipt.


Shipping Policy

 

It is our goal to ship all orders by the next business day. In the event a product is not available, we will contact you with shipment updates. We ship Monday through Friday in accordance with USPS and UPS holiday schedules. Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather. We are closed on most major US holidays.

Shipping is offered to customers in the United States only. We do not accept orders placed outside of the US.

Shipping charges are calculated by several factors including shipment weight, destination address, shipping service selected, time of year, among other factors. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
