Juniper Berry Essential Oil
Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis) essential oil is a great choice for relieving muscle and/or joint pain when applied topically. It is pain numbing and encourages circulation, which also makes this oil useful for acne. Juniper Berry is the dominant aroma in gin.

For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon unscented lotion or organic carrier oil and gently massage into the skin as needed for muscle or joint pain. Add a few drops to an ultrasonic diffuser for a fresh, clean air.
