Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides) is helpful with anxiety. It is calming and emotionally grounding. Use it in natural perfume blends, lotions, and aroma sticks (inhalers). Vetiver is an amazing oil to support healthy skin. It also boasts large molecules, making it a good base and fixative for other essential oils.

USAGE
For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon of unscented lotion and gently massage in skin as needed. Vetiver works well with lavender in anxiety and calming blends.
