Do not exceed 1% for skin application. We recommend starting with just 1 drop of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of unscented lotion or carrier oil and gently massage in skin as needed to relieve muscle pain or improve circulation. Consider pairing with a skin friendly pain oil such as Balsam Copaiba. If diffusing in an ultrasonic diffuser, blending with Sweet Orange will cut the harshness of the cinnamon leaf.
