Clove Bud (Eugenia caryophyllata) essential oil is anti-infectious and is good to diffuse with citruses during cold and flu season. It's an effective addition to diy counter sprays and a few drops added to laundry can help eliminate musty smells in linens. For skin application, it is warming and antispasmodic.

Consider pairing with a skin friendly pain oil such as Balsam Copaiba. If diffusing in an ultrasonic diffuser, blending with Sweet Orange will cut the harshness of the cinnamon leaf.

Review Clove Bud oil

My husband uses this oil mixed with oregano oil for oil pulling as recommended by his dentist. His dentist is very pleased with how his gums have improved. After taking your Green Cleaning Workshop, I plan to incorporate it in some of my cleaning supplies, especially over the winter months and cold/flu season.
