Clary Sage Essential Oil
Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) has a distinct aroma that is well suited in perfume and cologne blends. It's chemistry boasts the linalyl acetate and linalol synergy commonly know to help calm when needed for sleep or anxiety relief. A high Ester content also makes it antispasmodic, helpful in topical blends for muscle cramping and restless leg.

USAGE
Diffuses beautifully in an ultrasonic diffuser to calm and support rest. Can be used topically for menstrual cramps or tight muscles in general. For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon of unscented lotion and gently massage in skin as needed.
