USAGE

Smashed finger

I started putting Helichrysum on my finger (neat) several times the first day. I then mixed Helichrysum with trauma oil and kept applying several times a day. My finger never thumped or had pain unless I hit it on something. The severe black and blue and swelling was gone within a few days

I have been using helichrysum essential oil for many years for my kids soccer bruises and sprains as well as a variety of other small traumas like finger slammed in the door. It is a miracle healer! I always dilute it in Jojoba oil (5 drops to 1 oz). The Pompeii Organics Helichrysum is one of the nicest I've ever used.
