Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) has a super sweet apple-like aroma and is best used for its sedative properties (think Sleepytime® Tea!). Its chemical makeup is loaded with esters, a family of molecules known to help support sleep, calm anxiety, and relax tight muscles. Roman Chamomile is a very potent oil so a little goes a long way.
Chemistry (batch specific): isobutyl angelate (33.36%), methylbutyl angelate (16.67%), methallyl angelate (10.14%)

USAGE
For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 ounce of unscented lotion or organic carrier oil and gently massage into the skin as needed for sleep or muscle tightness. Add a drop to an ultrasonic diffuser for a relaxing and calming environment. Roman Chamomile blends well with lavender.

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Always dilute essential oils before applying to the skin and keep away from mucous membranes. Consult a licensed physician if pregnant or nursing. If the oil is past it’s “Best by” date or stored improperly, it may cause irritation and lose therapeutic value.
