Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) essential oil is a great choice to help relieve headaches and nausea (associated with motion sickness). It is also useful to diffuse or use in an inhaler when mental alertness and focus are needed. When properly diluted in a carrier oil, peppermint can feel cooling and numbing to the skin. We love peppermint oil in bug bite relief blends and coolings summer lotions. Less is more. See safety notes below.
