Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum) essential oil is a top choice for bruising or trauma to the skin. Helichrysum is helpful in wound healing and skin cell regeneration. The aroma is spicy and curry-like.

USAGE
Best used in blends for skin healing and bruising. For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon of unscented lotion or carrier oil and gently massage in skin as needed.
