Sinus Clear
This blend clears the sinuses and the air at the same time with pure organic essential oils! Tea Tree and Lemon oils disinfect while Eucalyptus, Bay Laurel, and German Chamomile work hard to decongest and soften hard mucus. This pure essential oil synergy is a customer favorite to use in an ultrasonic diffuser, a steam inhalation, or simply inhaled right out of the bottle.

USAGE
TOPICAL APPLICATION (such as a chest rub)
Add 15 drops of Sinus Clear blend to 2 TBS of unscented body butter or slightly melted shea butter.
DIRECT INHALATION
Add 1 drop to a tissue and hold it to your nose. Breathe deeply, avoiding direct skin contact (my favorite method for “on-the-go”).
DIFFUSE: Add 3 to 5 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser, refresh often.
STEAM INHALATION
Place just 1 drop in a bowl of steaming hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel covering your head and shoulders. Close your eyes! Breathe deeply and relax.
BATH
Dilute 6 drops into either a carrier oil, lotion, or body butter, then add to a warm bath. Breathe Deeply.
SAFETY
For external use only. Do not use essential oils near infants. It is not recommended to use 1,8 cineole (eucalyptol-rich) oils on or around young children. Use extreme caution with asthmatics. Use oils within peak freshness to avoid skin irritation, sensitization, or potential headaches. Asthmatics and pregnant women should consult their licensed physician prior to any essential oil exposure. Alternative respiratory health oils for children and elderly include Frankincense, Cedarwood, and Rosalina. Also consider lower dilutions.
