My husband uses this oil mixed with oregano oil for oil pulling as recommended by his dentist. His dentist is very pleased with how his gums have improved. After taking your Green Cleaning Workshop, I plan to incorporate it in some of my cleaning supplies, especially over the winter months and cold/flu season.

For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon unscented lotion or organic carrier oil and gently massage into the skin as needed for sore joints or muscles.
Consider pairing with lavender or frankincense for pain reduction.
