Neroli (Citrus aurantium var. amara) essential oil is a top choice for emotional support. It is useful in times of grief or loss, to temporarily relieve anxiety and depression, and to relax the nerves. Neroli has a strong aroma, so a drop goes a long way! Mix a small amount in your skin care products for not only the gorgeous aroma it produces, but also skin healing properties.

Neroli works well in a personal inhaler for stressful situations and anxiety. Neroli is also beautiful in an ultrasonic diffuser. For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon unscented lotion or organic carrier oil and gently massage into the skin as needed or desired.
