Jasmine absolute (Jasminum grandiflorum) essential oil is used mostly in perfumery, however, the high ester content can make it helpful in blends to calm anxiety and relax tight muscles. Jasmine is a powerful oil, only needing 1 drop per ounce for a blend. Its heavy and sweet aroma blends beautifully with citruses and bases like sandalwood.
