HOW TO USE:

For Bath & Spa: Use Ultra Epsom Salt for a relaxing soak to soothe sore muscles, ease aches and pains, soften skin, and relieve stress.*

For Bath: Dissolve 2 cups of Ultra Epsom Salt in a full bath of warm water. Soak for 20 minutes.

For Foot Soak: Dissolve 1 cup of Ultra Epsom Salt in a large bowl of warm water. Soak for 20 minutes. Add a few drops; of essential oil for a soothing spa experience.

For Garden: Using Ultra Epsom Salt as plant food can help create a greener, lusher appearance. It can also help with seed germination, flower production, can improve phosphorus and nitrogen uptake, and can increase chlorophyll production.

For Health & Wellness: An Ultra Epsom Salt compress can help to relieve minor aches, soothe bruises and sprains, relieve swelling around insect bites and draw out splinters.*

Dissolve 2 cups of Ultra Epsom Salt in 4 cups of warm water and soak a cloth in the solution. Apply the damp cloth to the affected area for 20 minutes.
