Chamomile (Roman) Essential Oil
Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) has a super sweet apple-like aroma and is best used for its sedative properties (think Sleepytime® Tea). Its chemical makeup is loaded with esters, a family of molecules known to help support sleep, calm anxiety, and relax tight muscles. Roman Chamomile is a very potent oil so a little goes a long way.
