Bergamot Essential Oil
Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) essential oil is cold pressed from the citrus peel and has a sharp peppery citrus aroma. It is the aroma most prominent in earl grey tea. Like many citruses, it is uplifting to the mood. It stands apart from other citruses due to it's linalol and linalyl acetate content. This gives it the additional property of being calming, especially for issues of anxiety, overthinking, and sleep difficulties.
