Siberian Fir (Abies sibirica) is popular to diffuse in an ultrasonic diffuser. It has a clean aroma that is warm and piney. It helps with congestion and inflammation. Siberian Fir contains a high percentage of Esters, making it sedative and calming to the central nervous system. Many of our customers praise it for its fresh forest scent and enjoy it in homemade cleaning products. The chemistry of Siberian Fir indicates it is helpful with muscular aches and pains when diluted and applied topically.

For respiratory benefits, diffuse in an ultrasonic diffuser, add to a steam inhalation, or apply to the chest in a lotion or unscented butter. For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon of unscented lotion and gently massage in skin as needed.
