Bay Laurel (Laurus nobilis) essential oil is a great choice for sinus and allergy relief due to its 1,8 cineole (eucalyptol) content. Bay Laurel is also known for digestive relief when applied to the abdomen in a carrier oil or lotion. The aroma is warm with notes of gourmand spice.

Usage
Our favorite use for Bay Laurel is diffusion. Add 3-5 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser. For gas or bloating relief, add 1 drop of essential oil to 1 teaspoon of unscented lotion. Consider pairing with orange, Roman chamomile, and peppermint for a cooling digestive relief blend.
