Eucalyptus (Radiata) Essential Oil

Regular price $7.00 $0.00 Unit price per

We often like to use Eucalyptus radiata in place of Eucalyptus globulus because it has the added benefits of having more skin-friendly chemistry, more stable shelf life, and a less medicinal aroma (sweet and fruity notes). Like many oxide-rich oils, Eucalyptus radiata is most commonly used for respiratory support.

SAFETY

For external use only. Do not use essential oils near infants. It is not recommended to use 1,8 cineole rich oils on or around young children. Use extreme caution with asthmatics as the opposite effects may occur.

Alternative respiratory health oils for children and elderly include Frankincense, Cedarwood, and Rosalina. Also consider blending Eucalyptus Radiata with skin friendly oils to achieve a lower 1,8 cineole content in your blend.

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Always dilute essential oils before applying to the skin and keep away from mucous membranes. Consult a licensed physician if pregnant or nursing. If the oil is past it’s “Best by” date or stored improperly, it may cause irritation and lose therapeutic value. Avoid the use of essential oils near infants and small children.
