INTRODUCTION AND USAGE
German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) is best used for its anti-inflammatory (for muscle and/or joint pain), analgesic (pain numbing), and cooling properties. It’s ideal in any acute pain situation where heat is present. German Chamomile is also known to be skin healing and regenerative. 

 For skin application, add just 1 drop to 1 teaspoon unscented lotion or organic carrier oil and gently massage into the skin as needed for muscle or joint pain relief. 

 Consider pairing with lavender for a calming effect.

This is a very nice essential oil, the blue is beautiful, and the aroma is sweet and herbaceous, it blended well with my lavender, very happy with this product....
